I am having a hard time figuringout just how to do the paper work for Illinois and Wisconsin to get my RN license verification from Ohio so I can work there. Is there anyone that might have done it resently and have any suggestions? Also Illinois states that you must have two years experience as a RN, I only have 18 mo. Will that be a problem?

I'm sorry. I know I'm tired, but your post confused me. Where are you currently licensed and practicing, and where do you plan to apply for licensure?
Go to the BON website for the states you wish to apply to. They will have instructions and forms to download. You will need to contact the state in which you were originally licensed to have them fill out a form which verifies your education, NCLEX scores and the current status of your license there. That form must be sent directly from one BON to the other (not to you). Most states charge a fee for this service, so the form won't be sent until you have paid the fee.
IL requires that Excelsior grads have 2 years of experience out of state before qualifying for an IL license by endorsement. I am not aware of any time restrictions for RNs or LPNs who were educated in standard nursing programs.
Also, IL is slower than Moses in processing out-of-state requests, so be prepared to wait a while for your license once you have completed everything.
I am currently licensed in Ohio, I am trying to find out if it really will take 6 mos to get a license in Ill? I have been a RN only for 20 mos, but I read that Illinois wants you to be a RN for 2 yrs experience on their app. They make it very difficult to understand just what they want.
I would like to also talk with someone that was a travel nurse from Ohio to Illinois.
I think you need to contact the IL Department of Professional Regulation directly to get your questions answered. You will do best by e-mail. Trying to get someone on the phone is almost impossible.
Obtaining an IL license by endorsement usually requires at least a few month's wait.
Again, I am not familiar with a requirement that a nurse have 2 years' experience in order to qualify for a license by endorsement, except for Excelsior grads.
Have you checked the availability of travel jobs in IL?
