I wanted to start a thread for all those who are involved with Ohio Board of Nursing Consent Agreements. I am currently waiting for a consent agreement. I thought this would be a good place to share/exchange info and lend some support. Best!

I have a consent agreement currently and I must say it is very frustrating as it stems from events that took place many years prior to me becoming a nurse. Unfortunately, in order to maintain my license, I have to comply to the terms of the agreement. It is very anxiety provoking and expensive. I am 6 months in and I still have 1 1/2 years to go but I remind myself that this will soon be a thing of the past. I pray it doesn't effect my ability to change jobs in the future. It is so upsetting to think that this could potentially effect my future when it was a mistake made before I ever even considered becoming a nurse!
