Is it hard to become an OB-GYN?

What do they do exactly?

Would you want to become one?

Specializes in Med/Surg.

Becoming an MD is difficult in itself, but OB is one of the toughest specialties.

OB NURSING is completely different. Nurses do not go to medical school, we go to nursing school. Hence, the title "nurse."

I personally do not want to go to med school. I have no interest in the astronomical amount of school loans and responsibilities that come with being an MD. Not to mention being in school for many, many years.

NP sparks some interest for me. Maybe you should look into that after you get accepted to a nursing school (if that is still your plan).
