Hi all, I have been accepted to OU starting January of 08. I was wondering if there is anyone who is going through the program now that would like to comment on the program. Is it well organized? Are the instructors good? Do you feel you are getting a good education? I guess I am just a little nervous shelling out all this money, that I want to make sure it is a good school, lol. Thanks!

I am a second-degree student, starting my pre-requisite courses at OU this semester. I plan to apply for the ABSN program and would love any advice anyone can give about the program!

Is there a waiting list for the program?

What is the GPA to get into OCC?

At OCC........They are expecting that you will need at least a 3.4 to make the cut. But they will tell you that they do not know exactly where it will hit because this is the first year they are accepting by GPA. The GPA will be high because the competition is high...more than 600 applicants for 216 spots is what I last heard. But as I said, no one knows for sure where the GPA of the last admitted student will be. Counselor's have hinted at the GPA I stated above. Some counselor's have even gone higher than that. : ) As you can see by the amount of applicants this is why it's become harder by the day to get into a 2 yr than a 4 yr program.
