Hi! Thought I would create a forum for students doing the nurse residency program for 2024. I have been waitlisted for a unit, and was wondering if anyone else has been waitlisted/what the turn around has been if so!

Hi I am a student just wondering how I would apply, can I apply without graduating/taking the NCLEX and typically how long do I get a response back?

I am hoping for a Pediatric or ER fellowship. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. Did you ever get the position? What unit did you apply for. I'm planning on applying after graduation in August.

Just got offered a position but on the waitlist. Any advice on how to go about the process/ how long people are usually on the waitlist?

Has anyone experienced being put on the waitlist after the HR and nurse manager interview? How long did it take to get the offer? thanks!
