Oh OK. Sorry you're going through that. I personally feel like NYU can give you the run around. I've been told to apply for random positions to "speed up the process" for when positions become available. Just for it to lead nowhere. Also feel like some of the recruiters just want you to apply for positions to make their quota. I don't get the whole check back in 4-5 weeks thing.

Were you also on a waitlist with them?

I was recently placed on a waitlist for a NYU new grad job. Any one else been in this position before. It's been so tough getting feedback on jobs and getting an interview so I am happy to have the opportunity, but unsure of the next steps. They said to reach out again in 5 weeks.
Frustrating to have to wait that long / wondering if anyone else has been in the same boat and they got the official job offer sooner?
