Hi there! You probably figured this out by now but just incase someone else runs into the same issue and comes across this thread...
I had 2 positions at NYP that got to this stage. When I saw that mine had changed to "assessment/reference," it was after I already had interviewed or had one scheduled. They probably want to move forward with you and bring you in for an interview. I would reach out to a recruiter if you have their contact information. And if not try and find recruiters on LinkedIn and send them a short message (as to the point as possible they usually only read the first sentence or two)
Hopefully, you got the job tho and figured this out on your own ?
Hey Rose249! Quick question about your application process. I am a new grad, I applied and interviewed the 19th for a unit, that same afternoon my recruiter requested my references. I had them in by the next day and that was the last I heard from her. When I emailed on the 27th she said she was sending them to the manager that afternoon - which was almost 8 days after they were submitted. My application still says assessment/references, so I'm hoping maybe the holidays just pushed things back? Wondering if you had a similar experience? I would love to get this position so I'm getting anxious not hearing back.
Hey @HMO14
I have a quick question for you and would really appreciate your advice. I am going to graduate nursing school and be a new grad in May 2023. I want to apply to NYP's Morgan Stanely's Children's hospital, but I don't see any info about a new grad posting. Is there a specific posting for new grads? Are they posting during specific times of the year?

Hello!
I was hoping someone could help me! I applied for a job with New York Presbyterian and I just notice that one of my applications was switched to assessment/reference. I don't know when it was switched but I haven't heard from anyone?! I checked my email/spam. I don't know who I should be contacting if anyone has sugestions.
