Does any one know how long does it take after interviewing with the Patient Care Director to hear from the Talent Acquisition Specialist? What about the health insurance? How much do you have to pay for a family of 3? Thanking you in advance.

I don't think there are ways to get around the requirements.

New grads can only apply to new grad events and with you reaching your one year graduation mark, I don't think you're eligible to apply for those events. And to apply to a staff nurse position I believe you need a full year experience.

But where there's a will, there's a way. Keep applying and remain positive. Everyone's story of getting in is SO different.

I don't know anybody that interviewed that day. hope we'll hear something this week. what is the status of dashboard. I have the experienced rn event one showing "interview" and a staff nurse position that says "application under review".

I don't think so...and I really hope they don't contact my current manager until I get an offer

They don't contact your references after a formal offer has been made and you've accepted.

They always contact your references. This happens only after you've accepted your offer and you're cleared to start I think. And I don't think they contact all. I think they randomly pick one from those of which you provided.

i heard back in 48 hours and I know others who heard back as soon as the next day... But it's different for everyone.
