NY Methodist hospital orientation

Can anyone provide any information about New York Methodist Hospitals (Brooklyn,NY) new-graduate RN orientation? Or if anyone currently works there maybe you could please provide me with some insight as to what it is like working at Methodist? I have had clinical experience at the hospital, however it was a Maternity rotation - and from what I know they begin new graduate RNs on their general med/surf floors-- So any information would be greatly appreciated!!:) (I should add that I am deciding whether to accept their offer- what worries me is there 1:8 nurse to patient ratio)

How long is orientation at NY Methodist Hosp.?
