NY licensed thinking of endorsing to NJ

Published

i just received my NY license and now starting to apply for openings in NY but they all need experience. why is it so hard for new grads? meanwhile, if i endorse my license to NJ which would take 3-4 months of waiting according to NJ BON and i land a job in nursing home which will be per diem only. i've been referred by someone but should i grab that per diem? or just stay in NY and find a full-time which idk when will happen. undecided:no:

Do you need the money?

Do you need the experience?

If the answer to any of the above is "yes" take the per diem spot. *LOL*

You will still be free to look for full time work on either side of the Hudson and even better will be doing something with your license instead of just sending resumes and hunting down a job.
