NWFSC Spring 2021

I know we can't start putting our applications in for the Spring term until 1 August, but is anyone thinking about applying to the NWFSC Nursing program for Spring 2021?

Hello. Yes I’m putting my application in for the LPN to RN program. Nervous about it all.

I'm applying for straight RN! I'm so nervous! More so about my HESI scores. I scored in the 90s for every category except for Anatomy, but I heard that a lot of people struggle with the anatomy. I meet the required score but only just..which brought my overall score to an 89. I should have over 100 points with all of the extras, depending on how I do on that post test. I was thinking about retaking the HESI before the intake is up just to be sure I've done the best that I can. I hope you get in!! Good luck to you!

I’m retaking the HESI. I got high 90s for 3 areas but two I got high 80s. So I’m retaking it soon. My overall is 90%. I hope you get in as well!

I’m sure you’ll be alright! Thank you! I heard the Spring isn’t as competitive, but who knows. From reading the other forums from fall 2020 I read someone who made a 75 in anatomy got in so maybe it’ll be the same for me hahaha! Have you retaken it yet?? I really need to schedule ASAP.

Just finished submitting all my materials. Ahh I’m so excited. Just have to wait til November 7th now. I calculated 122 points I hope that is good enough.  How is everyone doing?

@lexx38 yes I just took the HESI again. I did better this time. I turned in all my documents today! I’m so nervous LOL!

@Melody V that’s a high score! I calculated 123 but I’m not sure if I got all the questions right on the quiz. And I’m also not sure if they will take my certifications. Are you going straight RN or LPN to RN?

That's great! I am going straight RN. Fingers crossed! I read somewhere we hear about our results on November 7th. Any chance of hearing any earlier?
