Nutrition Class at Mott College

Has anyone taken nutrition at Mott. I'm taking it for Spring with Sweeney. Can anyone tell me anyhthing about the class or the instructor. Thanks

I took Nutrition as a Distance Learning course back in '05 with Jentzen. It was a doozy, but very straightforward.
