Nutrition and cancer

Hello,

I am curently in the middle of finishing an essay, however i am now stuck, I am just looking for over issues that could occur in implementing nutrition as a thereapeutic intervention in a patient with cancer cachexia.

I would really appreciate any comments regarding the scenario, thankyou for your time, its much appreciated.

Perhaps it's because you're in the UK but the sentence "I am just looking for over issues that could occur........" is confusing to me and perhaps the person above and others.
