Hi - I am writing a paper on how cancer affects nutrition. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to handle the side effects of chemotherapy, as I would like to include this in my paper. I know that they can be quite severe and change eating habits. For example, when my mom was going through chemo she had a constant awful taste in her mouth that made food very unappealing to her, it was suggested that she eat using plastic utensils which helped her greatly; that is the type of thing I am looking for. I did a research paper on this in my BS program. I went to the library and did net searches and found tons of information. Alot of information.
