Hello,
I took the NCLEX-RN on June 24th at 2pm, computer shut off at 75 questions and my heart DROPPED! So, I did the PVT prior to 24 hours (even though we are suppose to wait 24hrs) using a prepaid credit card that only had $2 on it; I got the good pop up! Checked again at the 24 hour mark, good pop up again! So, i checked my state BON website and it hasn't been updated since the day I took my exam (6/24), so my license isn't on there. Checked nursys.com and my license number is posted!! HOWEVER, the expiration date is listed 1 year from when I took my exam, so I believe it's wrong. Should I be concerned? Has this happened to anyone else?

Depends on the state. Initial licenses have been valid as short as a few months especially if a state like TX I believe where you expiration U.S. based upon your birth month & year so someone born in June of 1996 would expire 06/30/16 but if born in June of 1995 or June 1997 the license would expire 06/30/17.
But in NJ all licenses expire 05/31 if your initial license was issued in an odd year then you renew on odd years so whether your first license was issued 1/1/15 or 12/31/15 the license renews 5/31/17.
Nursys data is uploaded by the board of nursing so it's highly unlikely there is an error.
Thank you SO much for clairifying justbeachynurse!! My birth month is June and my birth year is 1992, so that would make sense!
