Nursing Unit Manager Info/Help

Hello all--I am new to your forum and I just realized that maybe you can help me out.

I am a nursing student and have a new assignment due for my Developing the nurses role. I have chosen my top to be Nursing Unit Managers. I was wondering if any of you could help me out with the following info pertaining to your unit--or if you have any input/opinion about the subject. This subject in all truth frightens me at the moment, so any input would help.

a) management style

b) communication pattern

c)educational preparation

d) certification requirements

e) responsibilities

f) reporting stucture of the managers.
