Hello my fellow nursing colleagues,
As we all know we use education daily in our profession, from at the bedside to in the classroom teaching and learning helps to improve our practice.
I am posting a 10 question interview, for my current online class and was wondering if anyone would be willing to participate in this learning experience with me. Let me tell you about myself, I am registered nurse, currently enrolled at South University pursuing a Master degree.

1.How many years have you been working as a nurse in an educational role?
2. What settings do you practice your role in?
3. Is there a theory which you base your teaching and expected learning around? Examples are: Behaviorist theory, Cognitive theory, Social theory, Psychodynamic theory, or Humanistic theory.
4. Is there any specific teaching strategies in which you use to promote learning?
5. What is your population in which you use your teaching strategies on?
6. How do you design your teaching strategies? (methods and material used)
7. How to you evaluate your learners learning process?
8. How do you evaluate your teaching methods?
9. Did you have to obtain a certification or specific credentials to be a nurse educator?
10. How have you improved you nurse educator role? And how do you plan on improving your role in the future?

How do you know that the people who are answering these questions are nurse educators? They could be nursing students on this site.
