Nurses General Nursing

Published

hi everyone!!

i just had a question that i hope some of you can help me with. i am in nursing school right now and i am doing a research paper on stress in nursing. i am working with my local hospital to interview a few nurses. i also have a survey questionnaire that i will give to them to complete. i have most of it completed but i need a few more questions to go on it. would anyone be willing to help me out with more questions? here are a few that i have already so you know where i am trying to go with the questions:

does your employer offer any type of stress coping support? yes no

if yes, explain:

what stress coping strategy works best for you? _____________________________

why:

while in nursing school, were any stress coping strategies taught to you? if so, which one(s) and are they effective?

what stress coping strategies do you think should be emphasized while taking your nursing courses in school?

if you would just give me one question a piece that would be great!!!

thanks in advance!!

What single factor do you feel contributes to stress in nurses?

BTW: I think you ought to name the coping strategies for Question #1. Otherwise you might not get answers.

Thank you so much. That is a good question to add.

Also thank you for the suggestion. I didn't think about it that way, I may change it.
