Hello, I am a nursing student in idaho. I will graduating in may of 08!
Here is the question of the day- How do you know that you are ready to be on the floor as an RN and do you think that all new grads should start out on a med/surg unit before going into a more critical care area? I am very nervous about it. I have been a CNA for 6 years and am comfortable with the patients and staff, but scared to jump from that role to the nurse. I love what I do and have loved learning about nursing, but still feel like there is so much more for me to learn. Thank for the input, look forward to responses.
