Starting Fluids & Electrolytes

Good evening,

We are starting into Fluids and Electrolytes in our fundamentals course and our professors are telling us it can be quite difficult.

Are they any websites or information that you can suggest as I start to study this over the week-end? We have 2 class lectures covering the material and a seminar/workshop that is being offered.

I'd like to get a good grasp on it prior to lectures.
