Nursing Shortage

Hi,

I'm new to this board. I came on board to check out the job listings. I keep hearing about a nursing shortage, but I just graduated from college, passed the NCLEX and now I"m sitting on my license unemployed. It seems no one wants to hire new grads. Any advice out there?

Hang in there, guys. It wasn't an overnight path through nursing school, and it certainly won't be one to the career of your dreams. But you can do it! Think of everything you went through just to get where you are now! Tough it out a little longer and you truly will reap the rewards. :)
