Hi everyone,
I know that a lot of us on this board are students, so I thought it might be nice to have a thread full of scholarship and grant opportunities.
I found that the National Student Nurses Association offers some pretty impressive scholarships:

If anyone else can add to the list I think that we'd all be very appreciative. Paying your bills is hard enough without also having tuition/books/etc to cover!

Did you notice that the NSNA scholarship has a $10 aplication fee? That seems a little convoluted. It kinda reminds me of paying for a model company to be your agent:down:. But anyway...
The HRSA scholarship is a great option for those who are fine with making a commitment to serve an underserved population for a while. It is a federal program that pays for all tuition, books, fees, and other associated school expenses PLUS you get nearly a $1300.00 a month living stipend. No application fee

No, I didn't realize that. Thanks for pointing that out! I don't think I've ever spent more than the cost of the envelope and stamp for a scholarship application!
The HRSA is a great scholarship! Thanks for sharing! Unfortunately, it's only good for people with an EFC of 0, but if you have a 0 EFC I would definitely suggest applying!

this is because you have to be a member, this is legit though. NSNA is a huge organization.
