Nursing School/Life- whats it like?

Published

hi,

i am a high school student and i recently made the decision to be a nurse. I am taking the anatomy and physiology class to help me get started when i start college. Thing is everyone (non nurses) keep telling me how nursing is going to be very tough. Not that i expect it. Just wanted to know what exactly is it like been a nursing student as a freshman- senior and how is it been like a nurse? The life style of a nurse both professionally and personally. Any info would be really helpful. Thanks!

Nursing students are....

-Always stress

-deprived of sleep

-Losing or gaining weight

-Constantly reading

-No life,

-always talking about whats next week's test

-Thinking nursing before going to sleep

Aw, come on, we do have lives!!:)

Which course for those of you currently in school or those that have graduated would you says was the most difficult/time consuming?
