Hey, I am a new grad moving from Minnesota to Santa Ana CA, I have my CA liscens already, however finding a job as not been easy for me, web searches of hospitals and apply hasn't been to effective. Wondering if anyone as some advice on where to apply in the area and how best to do that? THANKS

It's a tight market for new graduates and you're at a further disadvantage if you're currently out of state. My advice would be to look at community hospitals that may not have new grad programs, but occasionally allow new grads to slip through the door.
