Hi, I am applying to nursing school for fall of 2005 in California and I am obsessed with Spanish. Although I am not fluent, I will be soon! After I obtain my RN degree I would love to travel to Spain and work as a nurse either in Madrid or Leon. After visiting Madrid, Malaga, Leon, and Granada, I fell in love with the culture. I also have family there and they have offered several times for me to study abroad there. If anyone knows how I should go about researching this please let me know...because I have tried to research nurisng requirements in Spain and unfortunately have come up empty handed...Gracias

hola, ?que tal ? I am a nurse from France and just read your post. You are right, Spain is a great country, I am leaving by the border and love go there for the week end. But you have to know that there is no shortage there, and nurses have some difficulties finding a job. Actually, lots of them are coming in France to work. I hope you will do well and wish you good luck. I just wanted you to know it might not be easy. Adios!
