Recently I had a conversation with a nurse who had worked with several recruiters while searching for a job and was mostly disappointed with the performance of the recruiters he had worked with. It seems that many of them take forever to get back to you, even to give simple updates. After working in healthcare and hearing stories from nurses, I understand that often nurses don't have an abundant amount of time and this kind of delay from recruiters can make their lives much more difficult while searching for a job. I recently opened my own recruiting service in an attempt to provide nurses with a less stressful way to search for jobs by actively searching for open nursing positions for the recruit and making sure that recruit is updated in a timely manner via text, email, or other preferred method. Do you all have any ideas for improvements I can implement as a recruiter to make searching for a job easier and less frustrating for nurses?

you're a broker not recruiter.
A broker as in I help specific individual nurses find jobs rather than looking to recruit nurses for a specific facility? Is that what you are referring to?
