If the nursing program I really want to go to is under warning by the BON, how serious is that? Should I be hesitant to apply?

Save your money and Run! Otherwise it will have been a waste of time, money, and effort

IMO, it's too great of a risk. Yes, there's a chance that the school would resolve its problem and be fine. And there's a chance that they won't be able to fix the problems and lose accreditation/approval.
If you enroll while they're under warning, you're taking a gamble...and have a lot to lose if the school goes south. I'd find another school.
