Another Question about Online Courses

I've read through almost every single posts on here concerning the college network and ISU. I wanted to do the LPN to BSN program that the college network/ISU offers. I've seen the outline of what I need to take, and it says nothing about a CPNE, rather I do clinical hours. I'm assuming that you can either go through EC or ISU?! They say on the college networks website that they are partners with ISU and once you finish up some things they help get you enrolled in ISU? Am I reading this wrong - I'd like to try to avoid the CPNE but I have a feeling that I won't be able to do that....AND I want to go right for the BSN.

CPNE is for Excelsior. Looks like you will be goign thru ISU.
