Nurses Career Support

Hi all,

I've been a nurse for 2 years, and I've been stuck in peds home health the whole time. I can't find a job at a hospital to save my life! I know they're are plenty of home health nurses out there that love their job, but i work nights, and to me I feel like a glorified babysitter, not a BSN. I've been contemplating going back to school, and I'm very interested in nutrition. I'd like to work in a position where I can use both my nursing training and incorporate a nutrition aspect. Does anyone have any ideas on types of jobs that do that?

Also from the research I've done, pretty much my only option to get an education in nutrition would be to go back for another bachelors degree, What are you're thoughts on having 2 bachelors vs. a masters in some aspect of nursing?

I'm just really confused about what I want to do with my future, and very frustrated I can't find a job in a hospital where I can get some real experience to possibly help me make a better decision.
