Nursing in NC

Hi All! I have just passed the nclex and am relocating to NC. My boyfriend is stationed at Fort Bragg so ideally, I would like to get a job in the Fayetteville area but am willing to travel up to 45 minutes. I'm wondering what hospitals have good reputations, bad reputations, and are new graduate friendly. I'm interested in the Emergency Room, however, here in NJ where I live now, new graduates are not hired in the ER. I'm not sure if this is the same in NC but I'm open to starting out in another field.

Please share anything you believe would be helpful to someone who has not a clue about the area!!

Thank you!
