I hope i'm posting in the right forum!
I'm in that nursing limbo, void right now. I graduated with a BSN and i'm waiting to get the ok to register for the NCLEX.
Should i start sending out applications now or should i wait till i pass the NCLEX?

Look at the requirements for the jobs you're interested in applying for. They will often tell you if you need a license in hand. Some online applications won't even allow you to progress until you've entered your license number.

I say go apply. Many new grad programs will recruit you pending a nursing license. So I suggest go start with new grad programs.

If the job requirements list a license and if the online application system keeps applications/resumes on file for six months, it's possible that the system might not accept more applications from the same applicant during the six month period. It might be better to wait until you have your license, so that your application will meet the job requirements and you will have a better chance of being a potential candidate for the position.
