Nursing license in nj with an arrest

Hi, has anyone obtained a licesnse after having their file reviewed by njbon for legal review. I was arrested for theft by deception and conspiracy. It was because of someone very close to me. Nevertheless, I completed Pti pre trial intervention and it was dismissed with no conviction. I sent in a letter from court as well as a detailed description. I was told that it is being reviewed and they will get back to me. I'm just nervous because I don't know what the outcome will be. If anyone has/had similar issue please comment

Just as an update to my previous post! I prayed and decided to fast on this issue and I got a call from Bon this morning advising that I am approved! I can't keep it to myself how good God is and how having faith helps in any situation!

Congrats on getting approved! I have a similar situation where I was arrested for petty theft 5 years ago. When I showed up to my court date they didn't even know I was suppose to be there so they just gave me a paper stating no charges were filed. Since I don't have a conviction I don't know how to answer if I ever been convicted. I don't want to say yes since I wasnt convicted of any charge but I know sometimes arrests do show up? What did you put on your application? And what exactly did they ask? I'm so confused as what to do.
