Nursing jobs opinion

Hey there guys how are u my question to u all is regarding a opinion i need to seek from u I'm currently working in a mental facility working full time making $19.50 night shift in CA my first nursing job but was wondering whether to stay here or keep looking at other jobs the reason why i say this is because i want to work in sub acute my goal or dream job for say so & for that i need some type of nursing home experience so far here were im working its fine but I really don't do alot of my nursing so called duties im currently just auditing people , checking for mistakes from previous shifts, rewriting MARs & checking vitals & so far i feel like its been good experience but not something i want as a nurse I feel like a joke I feel like i need more experience such as in a medical way treating wounds adminestrating meds checking for blood sugar/VS i want that & more & any advice/opinions would be helpful on what to do please

u r lvn so wat i here is u r not hapy there nd if not then go bak 2 schl and get somethin u lik. It's quite that simple. Go become an RN duuude n mov on.
