I am a Nurse( RN) and living in Montreal. It is arround 7 months looking for a job but no resalt. Do you have any suggestions?

I would revisit my resume see where I can still improve on. If the resume do not get calls for interview, it is not working. The job market right now for nurses are not really looking good as well. I do not know the specific circumstance in Montreal but you might want to consider relocating? or apply to as many jobs you can find. LTC, home care etc. I literally walked into my previous manager's office and expressed my interest. I was just lucky she was hiring casuals at that time so I got in.

I thought only Toronto and Alberta situations are bad right now, didn't expect Montreal is joining the team :/

My first nursing job was in a private family practice/walk in clinic; two years later I was hired into my current position as a clinic nurse - at an ambulatory hospital in Toronto. My advice is to apply/work in any area of nursing you can for the experience, until you get to where you want to be. If you have been applying to many different jobs, just keep trying. It took me 6 months out of school to even get a single call back.
