Hello
I am a grad nurse and looking to apply for jobs again.
I've realised that my cover letter is not very strong as I previously didn't address all the selection criteria
Now that I know, how does one possibly fit 3-6 selection criteria + values/mission all in one paragraph without it seeming too long or even getting tedious to read?!
Any tips please!

1. There is nothing wrong with 2-3 paragraphs as long as they are not too long and all fit nicely onto 1 page.
2. Remove all detail. Don't give many examples, etc.
3. You don't need to address EVERY selection criteria and hospital value. Combine some. Pick the most pertinent to you, etc.
4. It's not about touching EVERY base, it's about touching the most important bases well.
