Hello everyone! I am a CNA taking pre-requsite classes so I can go to nursing school soon. In my writing class, I was assigned an essay that requires conducting an interview with somebody. Since I want to be a nurse someday, I decided to interview an RN. The problem is the woman I was going to interview today had to cancel and my assignment is due tomorrow. I was hoping that somebody on here would be willing to answer a few questions. If you find the questions too personal PM or email would be fine too ([email protected]) If you could help me out I would be so grateful! Thank you for your time!
How long have you been a nurse?
What type of facility do you work at (skilled nursing facility, hospital...)?
What do you love about being a nurse? What has been the most rewarding aspect?
What do you dislike about being a nurse?
Any good stories or memorable moments?
What would you say is the hardest obstacle you had to overcome in your field?
Was there ever a moment that made you regret your decision to become a nurse?
Was there ever a moment that made you glad to be a nurse?
What is the hardest thing or decision you have ever had to make in your career?
What made you want to go into nursing?
What personality traits would you say are required to work in this field?
What was your most heart-warming moment, and maybe your most heart-breaking?
Anything advice for a future nursing student?
Anything you would like to say about healthcare in general?
Anything else you would like to say, related to nursing or not?
It would be helpful (but not required) to know a little about you such as age, state, or anything else.
