Cleveland Clinic face to face interview questions

I have a face-to-face interview at the Cleveland Clinic. Would anyone who has had an in-person interview there be so kind as to give me some examples of interview questions that they were asked? I Thank You so much in advance.

Hi Risa,

I had an interview a few months ago at CCF in Cleveland. They asked me the following:

1.) What area of nursing do you prefer?

2.) How would you deal with a difficult doctor?

3.) What shift do you prefer?

4.) What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

5.) What do you like most about nursing?

6.) Tell me about yourself

7.) How would your co workers describe you?

8.) Tell me about a time you went above and beyond

9.) How do you handle conflict with a co worker

10.) Have you had any other interviews?

YOU ARE FANTASTIC!! Thank You SO MUCH!!! Some of those questions were asked during my phone interview, and the one that was most challenging was 'tell me about a time went you went above and beyond." I TRULY appreciate the list of questions you gave, I will DEFINITELY review them and prepare answers in the event I am asked any of them. WOW, you have a GREAT memory for questions that you were asked!! VERY impressive!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this site, I always find supportive members that are willing to assist with my queries. As we all know that have been through the journey to become nurses, we share a common bond of helping each other, even people we may never meet in person. I SURELY HOPE that you were offered a job at the Clinic, as you are someone who enjoys helping people, even when they are a user in 'cyberspace' that you may not ever know. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
