Nursing Informatics in Las Vegas area

Anyone know of any nursing informatics programs in the Las Vegas area (or at least anywhere close!). I recently was accepted into the University of Maryland Nursing Informatics program, though I miss my mom and want to move closer to here in Nevada...was hoping there were some programs in the area. Would appreciate any help!

What a coincidence, I just got back from a conference in Vegas. 110 in the shade!!!!

As far as I know Nevada does not have an established Nursing Informatics community or specific networking organization. Of course there are informaticists who practice in Nevada but as far as school I think your closest bet would be California. Specifically UCLA and UC, Berkeley.

Also contact the American Nursing Informatics Assocation - headquartered in cali.
