Nursing Exam Textbooks

Hi,

I was going over the suggested textbooks that EC recommends for the nursing exams. I was just curious as to how anyone out there managed their texts. Did you guys read through every text book that EC recommends in the content guide? What material are you using to study?

I was looking for an older post and saw you never received any answer for your question, and figured I would offer something. I bought all of my books through Half.com and EBay, some books you can use the last edition with out any problem. I know for micro I used a book that was two editions out and got an A.

To study for the test I would read ALL the material in the study guide then I would take the EC practice exam to get a feeling if I was missing any info, I would also use Studygroup101 to again I had a good grasp of the subject. After more studying I would take the second EC practice exam then schedule the real exam.

Other study material that might be useful is the NCLEX RN study guide and the EC web site.
