the nln and the nln foundation for nursing education have announced a new career development opportunity. with funding provided by the johnson & johnson campaign for nursing's future, participants in the faculty leadership & mentoring program will focus on individual leadership development and collaborate on a project related to leadership development.
this program is designed to use mentoring as a primary method to help less experienced faculty enhance their leadership abilities. nln member patricia young, phd, rn, has been selected as the project's director. protégé participants and their mentors will be chosen through a competitive application process and will begin working together in june 2007. please [color=#660000]click here to read more about the project or to download a copy of the application.
