Nursing Education

I want to know, are there any programs which educate OR nurses to Cardiac/Open Heart surgery? I've googled it, looked through nursing Education sites and I can't seem to find anything. Thank you.

That's going to need to be provided by the facility. There are so many things that are specific to a facility and even individual surgeons that to get adequate training anywhere else isn't going to happen. There are places (not employers) that offer AORN's Periop101, but to be honest, I think it's a waste of money to spend on a program that isn't going to give you the orientation to a facility's particulars. It's also for general OR education and is not specific to any specialty within the OR.
