Nursing diagnosis

With this being the only info given, which do you think is priority?

A) at risk for decreased cardiac output related to altered stroke volume with a medical diagnosis of chest pain.

B) at risk for fluid volume deficit related to weight loss of 4.5 kg in 24 hrs with a medical diagnosis of hypertension urgency.

C) at risk for impaired urinary elimination related to infection with a medical diagnosis of uti/sepsis.

D) at risk for decreased cardiac output related to afib with a medical diagnosis of dehydration/orthostatic hypotension/afib.
