Nursing Diagnosis for Patient with C-Diff Colitis????

I am trying to find a nursing diagnosis for a patient with C-Diff Colitis?? The patient had colon cancer and just went through last round of chemotherapy so I believe the C-Diff is from that. But how do I word this?? PLEASE HELP!

The Nursing Students forums have care plan and nursing diagnoses stickies at the top of each one.

For any ND you have to know the patho of the disease/illness you are dealing with.

Once you have made an attempt at the assignment and have figured out a diagnosis, post that and we are more than happy to help you from there.
