nursing diagnosis for imparied body alignment?

Published

hey there

i am having trouble with a question in a module from my 1st semester nursing class.

the module is on mechanics and mobility and the question reads "identify nursing diagnosis for clients with impaired body alignment, impaired mobility, or activity intolerance."

i get the latter 2, but for the life of me i cant figure out impaired body alignment. ive looked in my diagnosis handbook, and searched google to no avail.

am i reading the question wrong?

could it be a typo?

any help whould be great!

I would say disturbed body image

i see where that might be the first thought but the module was on body mechanics and mobility. i just realized i should have specified that, so i just went back and edited the original post. sorry, im a dufus
