Nursing Diagnosis for hemorrhage of a post-lancing of abcess

I am working on a care plan of a patient that was admitted to the hospital for hemorrhage of an abscess that was lanced 3 days ago. apparently, the patient was not aware that she should not take aspirin and antigoagulant/antithrombolitics post lancing. This is her 8th abscess since 11/10 and previous abscesses have been positive for MRSA. Patient also states she has the beginning of an abcess on her lady parts.

I am thinking : impaired tissue integrity... but am having a hard time with R/T AEB?? I did not personally observe the abscess since the doctors orders were not to remove dressing and only reinforce if necessary.

The other ND i was thinking is: deficient knowledge r/t aspirin and anticoagulants???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
