Nursing diagnosis help - hypotension / dizziness

What is a nursing diagnosis I could do for a patient that has been admitted for dizziness? She also has abnormally low blood pressure. She has bathroom privileges and her fall risk is low. No allergies and no past medical/surgical history. That is literally all the information I have on her, as I was only with her for a few hours, in which she was in tests (for which the results have not come back yet). Any ideas are welcome! Thanks in advance!

Sorry, we aren't going to do your homework for you. Dig around the stickies at the tops of the student forums and see what you come up with.

At least put forth an effort and post what you come up with so far and we are happy to help you sort through what you have.

A couple of quick tips...your ND cannot be a medical diagnosis and always remember your ABCs and Maslow.
