I am fairly new to home care and I am having difficulty with nursing diagnosis for the home health setting. Many of my diagnosis are knowledge deficit for my patients but I feel that many of the diagnosis we would use in the typical health care setting is not appropriate because many of the interventions wouldn't be able to be carried our in the home. Does anyone know if there is a good book that I can buy specifically for home health that would help me with nursing diagnosis as well as documentation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
