what is a higher priority diagnosis.....

Pain related to surgical incision site secondary to cesarean section

ineffective breastfeeding related to difficulty of neonate to attach and suck secondary to flat nipples and poor infant sucking reflex

Also flat nipples are a reason. If it was because the baby wasn't exhibiting the sucking reflux at all then that would be a priority...cuz after the ABCs is the maslows and they need to eat!
