Nursing classes-C's in classes-pre reqs

Hi, I am new here so hello.

I have been going to school for nursing and taking pre reqs for about 4 years now since I am paying on my own and working. I am finally going to take Nursing 110 at CLC in the summer and a microbiology class in the fall of 2016 and I will be done with pre-reqs. Then I hope to go off to UW Parkside's nursing program or CLC's program. I am scared that I will not get in because I have C's in my science courses and it took me about 4 years to get here today and I really do not want to re-take the classes because of time and money. If anyone can please offer any words of guidance that would be great. If anyone was in my shoes and got accepted to a school and you had all C's in your science courses please let me know what school you went to so I can look into it, I can not let this go because of some C's. I work hard and I put my all into this, I hope there is a chance for me. Thank you my nurse friends.

You should talk to someone in the nursing program at that school to get a realistic idea of what your chances are (or how to improve them). Generally speaking, C's are not likely to be accepted though. I had a 3.7 average in my sciences and only got into my program as an alternate.
