Hello my name is Cynthia Parker and I am a MSN student from . I am working on my Capstone Project. Registered Nurses working in acute care and nursing homes encounter challenges when caring for geriatric patient's with Alzheimer's Disease and Delirium. Registered nurses of various experiences are invited to participate. The research will be conducted via the survey at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/DRJPP77 and by conducting literature review of previous and current research.

Your participation is voluntary and if you decide to participate, you are free to withdraw your consent and discontinue your participation at any time without penalty. The confidentiality of each participant will be maintained, records will be seen by the researcher, all data that is reported will be aggregated. Any information that is obtained in connection with this study and that can be identified with you will remain confidential.
